How long does my order take to ship?

Most items are print to order so depending on the waitlist and item right now expect 3-5 business days to process and ship. We will update if the processing times go up

Do you offer international shipping? 

Right now we are not set up for international shipping, but are looking into it

What is your return policy? 

On our dragons and other “non functional” items(amulets and all other display items)we offer a return if you are not happy with your product contact me within 5 days of receiving.

All functional and prototype items are well tested before adding to the page and will not be returnable if used or tested as we cannot guarantee it was used in ways it was not intended or designed for, we will happily work with and re-design any prototype as needed to get the best product for you
